The Californian qualified third fastest for race one and kept that spot through to the checkered flag to score his second podium of the season. His teammate James Davison however had a disappointing start to the weekend – getting caught up in a lap one, turn one incident. 🏁Checkered Flag Round 15 #PWCMO @WCRacing #AE05 brings home P4 and #AE33 P5. Davison was in full fight-back mode, rising from 17th on the grid to score a fifth place finish. "Sunday's start was pretty wild," said Heitkotter. "I had a decent start but we were four wide going into the first turn. I got tagged sideways and lost a coupe of spots but I was able to fight my way back up to fourth at the end. We had a really strong run with both cars in fourth and fifth, and I was really pleased to have a strong points weekend after a disappointing weekend at Road America." The Pirelli World Challenge teams will now head to the Utah Motorsports Campus in Salt Lake City for the next round on August 12-14. What's faster than 2 GT-R GT3s on the way to the airport?
