Nissan Sentra, Frontier and Versa named Cars.com 2025 Best Value New Cars

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Three Nissan models were recognized in the Cars.com 2025 Best Value New Cars list for offering impressive value and features to consumers.

The 2025 Nissan Sentra S was the winner in the compact cars category, the 2025 Nissan Frontier S 4x2 King Cab took the top spot in the midsize pickup trucks category, and the 2025 Nissan Versa SV was named best value subcompact car. 

Additionally, the 2025 Nissan Ariya EVOLVE+ FWD secured third place in the electric vehicles category.

The Cars.com Best Value New Cars list highlights affordable, non-luxury vehicles recommended by the Cars.com editorial team. Editors assessed hundreds of vehicles from mass-market brands across nine categories, focusing on those available with desirable connectivity and active-safety technologies, including Apple CarPlay® and Automatic Emergency Braking, as well as evaluating vehicles’ estimated annual fuel costs and whether they were priced below the segment average price.

In 2024, the Nissan Kicks S and Frontier King Cab S 4x2 won their categories, with the Sentra S taking third place in its grouping. In 2023, the Versa SV, Sentra S and Kicks S were recognized.

The 2025 Nissan Sentra combines bold styling, helpful convenience features and intuitive connectivity technologies at an accessible price point.
