John Schnoes

John Schnoes is vice president, Connected Services Engineering. Appointed to this position in April 2024, Schnoes is responsible for leading the strategic direction and development of innovative connected services in Nissan vehicles to meet customer needs and enhance the overall driving experience.

Since joining Nissan in 2002 as manager, Electronics Design, Schnoes has held roles of increasing responsibility within the company’s Research and Development (R&D) organization. This includes an assignment to Japan as division general manager, Connected Car & Services. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the development, implementation and management of connected vehicle technologies and services.

Schnoes holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University.
