The 2023 Nissan Sentra continues to bring a high level of refinement, technology and standard safety features to the compact segment. The 2023 Nissan Sentra is on sale now with a choice of S, SV and SR grades, with a starting Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP)5 of $20,050. Technology for peace of mind
Sentra continues to offer the most standard safety features in its class1, including Nissan Safety Shield® 360, a suite of six advanced driver-assist systems. It includes Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Departure Warning, High Beam Assist and Rear Automatic Braking.
Additional driver assistance technology includes Intelligent Driver Alertness6, available Intelligent Around View® Monitor7, available Intelligent Cruise Control, and standard Easy-Fill Tire Alert system. Class-exclusive Intelligent Forward Collision Warning is also standard on all models.
Multiple ways to stay connected
Sentra helps drivers stay informed and in touch with a full complement of connectivity technology. A standard 7-inch (8-inch on Sentra SV and SR) touchscreen infotainment system includes Bluetooth®, Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, Siri® Eyes Free, Google Assistant™ voice recognition and one front USB port. Sentra SV and SR additionally feature SiriusXM® satellite radio and two additional USB ports (one front Type C, one Type A charge-only in the center console).
To further keep drivers informed about key vehicle information, Sentra S has a 4.2-inch digital multi-information display in the instrument cluster, while Sentra SV and SR have a 7-inch Advanced Drive-Assist® Display.
Confident and economical to drive
The 2023 Nissan Sentra provides drivers with a responsive, comfortable experience by combining an efficient powertrain and a precisely tuned suspension.
The standard 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine is rated at 149 horsepower and 146 lb-ft of torque. It is paired with an Xtronic CVT designed to simulate shifts for a crisp, natural driving feel.
This powertrain delivers impressive fuel economy ratings4, with S and SV grades rated at 29 mpg city, 39 mpg highway and 33 mpg combined. Sentra SR is rated 28 mpg city, 37 mpg highway and 32 mpg combined.
To provide capable ride and handling performance, Sentra features an independent rear suspension and a MacPherson strut front suspension, with twin-tube shock absorbers.
Design that makes a statement
The 2023 Nissan Sentra's bold appearance draws on the sporty and muscular design cues from other Nissan sedans, including the Altima and Maxima. It has a low roofline, wide shoulders and Nissan signature V-motion grille, and is available with 18-inch wheels and thin projector LED headlights.
Sentra SR is available with dramatic two-tone exterior paint colors that contrast the roof and body, including Gun Metallic/Super Black, Aspen White TriCoat/Super Black (premium color), Monarch Orange Metallic/Super Black (premium color) and Electric Blue Metallic/Super Black.
Inside, Sentra welcomes drivers with elevated touches like a standard D-shaped steering wheel, enhanced comfort afforded by Nissan's Zero Gravity front seats, and multiple storage options, including front and rear door pockets, a center console with armrest and available rear seat armrest with cupholders. Sentra's trunk provides 14.3 cubic feet of storage, while the standard split-folding back seat offers additional flexibility for carrying larger items.
A Sentra for everyone
Offered in three grade levels with several option packages, there is a version of the 2023 Nissan Sentra to appeal to nearly every buyer. Sentra S is generously equipped with standard equipment including remote keyless entry with push-button start, a 7-inch infotainment system, Nissan Safety Shield 360, 16-inch steel wheels with full wheel covers, chrome-appointed V-motion grille and a 60/40 split-folding rear seat.
Sentra SV adds features including 16-inch alloy wheels, heated exterior mirrors, Nissan Intelligent Key®, 7-inch Advanced Drive-Assist Display, 8-inch infotainment system, Intelligent Cruise Control, upgraded cloth seating materials and two additional speakers (total of six).
An available All-Weather Package adds dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, a leather-wrapped heated steering wheel and remote engine start8. The SV Premium Package adds 17-inch alloy wheels, a power-sliding glass moonroof with tilt, quilted leather-appointed seats, six-way power driver's seat, leather-wrapped shift knob and a rear armrest with cupholders.
Building on the SV grade, Sentra SR boasts a sportier appearance with 18-inch wheels, a dark chrome V-motion grille, black exterior mirrors, a rear spoiler, lower bodyside sill extensions, a chrome exhaust tip and a sport cloth interior with orange stitching. Additional equipment includes LED headlights and fog lights, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, remote engine start8 and dual-zone automatic climate control.
Available for Sentra SR is Nissan's popular Midnight Edition package, adding black exterior badging, black 18-inch alloy wheels and black painted V-motion grille, rear spoiler and rear diffuser. An SR Premium Package adds a power-sliding glass moonroof with tilt, Prima-Tex® upholstery, six-way power driver's seat, heated front seats, Intelligent Around View Monitor, an 8-speaker Bose® Premium Audio system, illuminated sun visor vanity mirrors, NissanConnect® Services, a Wi-Fi hotspot, thin projector LED headlights and a heated steering wheel. Black 18-inch alloy wheels are also available as a standalone option for Sentra SR.
