NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The 2022 Nissan Maxima is available now with a starting MSRP of $37,420¹ for the Maxima SV grade. For the 2022 model year, Scarlet Ember Tintcoat exterior finish replaces the previous Carnelian Red Tintcoat and the Maxima Platinum grade adds standard heated rear seats.

As the flagship of Nissan's vibrant sedan lineup, Maxima enters the 2022 model year on a roll. Maxima was named as the best overall model in J.D. Power 2021 Initial Quality Study². Maxima also was rated #1/Best in Initial Quality among Large Cars for the fourth straight year in a row. It also achieved a 2021 Top Safety Pick rating from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (2021 TSP+ rating is awarded to Nissan Maxima built after Nov. 2020)³ and was named to Parent's Magazine's "Best Family Vehicles" list.

The 2022 Maxima is available in SV, SR and Platinum grades. Standard content includes leather-appointed seats, Nissan Door-to-Door Navigation and NissanConnect® Services powered by SiriusXM® (SiriusXM® subscription required, sold separately). Every Maxima also comes equipped with standard Nissan Safety Shield® 360 and a 300-horsepower 3.5-liter DOHC 24-valve V6 engine and Xtronic transmission.
