Nagireddy Kudithini is vice president and chief digital & information officer (CDIO), Information Systems (IS), Nissan Americas. In this role, he leads the company's digital and technology agenda, overseeing AI transformation, enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity, digital innovation, and IT operations to enhance customer and employee experiences while advancing Nissan's business objectives across the region.
Kudithini brings more than 25 years of experience in IS/IT. Since joining Nissan in 1998, he's earned roles with increasing responsibility throughout Nissan's IS/IT organization.
Prior to his current role, Kudithini served as senior director and chief information security officer (CISO), and head of global digital HR, leading enterprise cybersecurity, information security governance, digital transformation, and technology modernization initiatives across the organization. A respected industry leader, he was named 2026 CISO of the Year by the Greater Nashville Technology Council recognizing his leadership in advancing innovation, operational excellence and the digital capabilities that support Nissan employees, customers and long-term growth.
Kudithini holds a bachelor's degree in computer science engineering from Bangalore University. He's also a graduate of the management leadership program at Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management.
