Ashley Gatlin is vice president, Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS), and Chief Customer Satisfaction Officer, U.S. and Canada. In this role, she leads Nissan's customer satisfaction, vehicle quality, safety and retention efforts across the U.S. and Canada, helping ensure customer feedback is incorporated throughout the vehicle lifecycle to enhance quality, reliability and the ownership experience.

Gatlin brings more than 25 years of Nissan experience spanning engineering, manufacturing, supply chain management and TCS. Most recently, she served as senior director, TCS, where she led Warranty and Compliance, Overseas Chief Quality Engineering, Field Quality Investigations and Quality Strategy Management for the U.S. and Canada. Prior to that, she held leadership positions in warranty operations, data analytics, compliance, and quality audit, overseeing manufacturing quality evaluations and process improvement initiatives across Nissan's North American operations.

Throughout her career, Gatlin has led key quality and customer satisfaction initiatives, including Smyrna Vehicle Assembly Plant's first facility-wide certification to globally recognized quality management standards, as well as North American programs focused on recall prevention and assembly standard compliance.

Gatlin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and serves as chair of the Vanderbilt University School of Engineering Mechanical Engineering External Advisory Board. A Nashville native, she is passionate about mentoring the next generation of engineers and leaders.
