Bob Welby is regional vice president, Midwest Region, Nissan U.S. Appointed to this position in April 2025, Welby is responsible for sales and marketing, incentive spending, distribution, dealer network development, financial controls, and dealer and customer satisfaction for the Midwest Region, which covers 15 states.
Previously, Welby was senior director, Operations, INFINITI USA, where he was responsible for overseeing INFINITI's overall performance in the United States, including oversight of INFINITI sales channels, client experience, training, model line management, pricing and incentives.
Welby brings more than 27 years of incredible leadership in sales operations, strategy, marketing and communications. Since joining Nissan Group in 1996 as a Regional Operation Specialist, he's earned roles of increasing responsibility within CMM and sales operations.
Bob holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from the University of New Hampshire.
