Victor Taylor

Victor Taylor is vice president, Manufacturing, Nissan Canton Vehicle Assembly Plant, Nissan U.S. Appointed to this position in December 2023, he is responsible for overseeing safety, quality, operations, productivity and environmental compliance of Nissan’s award-winning assembly plant in Canton, Mississippi.

Most recently, Taylor was senior director, Manufacturing Operations, Nissan Canton Vehicle Assembly Plant, Nissan North America. Taylor brings more than 20 years of engineering and manufacturing expertise, which he will use to lead the Canton plant in the coming years as it transforms into a center for U.S. electric vehicle production.

Taylor holds an executive MBA from Millsaps College in business administrations and management, an MBA from California State University, Stanislaus and a bachelor's degree from Alcorn State University in industrial engineering. He also successfully completed additional business courses at Vanderbilt University and is a certified Six Sigma black belt.
