The 2023 Nissan Kicks packs a punch for crossover customers with plentiful safety features, a high level of available technology and the flexibility to carry people, cargo or both. Designed to be compact on the outside yet spacious on the inside, it's an ideal fit for city driving – and boasts connectivity features that modern drivers expect.

The 2023 Kicks is on sale now with a choice of three well-equipped grades – S, SV and SR – with a starting Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP)2 of $20,590. (See full pricing details for all 2023 Kicks grades.)

Added peace of mind is standard

For peace of mind in all types of driving, every 2023 Nissan Kicks features Nissan Safety Shield® 360 as standard. The suite of technologies includes Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Departure Warning, Rear Automatic Braking and High Beam Assist.

The Kicks additionally offers class-exclusive available Intelligent Around View Monitor3 (SR only). Plus, the SV and SR grades boast Intelligent Driver Alertness (I-DA) and Intelligent Cruise Control to further assist drivers.

Connectivity and convenience

Today's drivers expect to stay connected while on the go, and the Kicks delivers with standard Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ connectivity on a touchscreen measuring 7 (S grade) or 8 inches (SV and SR). There are three standard USB Type-A ports, and an available USB Type-C port.

Delivering engaging sound is class-exclusive Bose® Personal Plus audio system4, available in the SR Premium package. It features eight speakers, including speakers inside the driver's headrest that help provide a more immersive listening experience.

Kicks SR Premium package further offers heated front seats and steering wheel, Prima-Tex® appointed seats, NissanConnect® services, Wi-Fi hotspot, remote vehicle commands like keyless entry and safety features including Automatic Collision Notification.

Designed to do more, efficiently

Kicks is also economical to own, with a standard 122 horsepower 1.6-liter DOHC 4-cylinder engine paired with a smooth Xtronic transmission, resulting in best-in-class1 fuel economy ratings of 31 mpg city, 36 mpg highway and 33 mpg combined.

With its tall, crossover design, the Kicks handily accommodates drivers and their belongings. There's ample passenger space and up to 53.1 cubic feet of cargo room with the rear seats folded down5 – and standard 60/40 split rear seats allow for optimizing the amount of cargo space needed. Available roof rails allow for carrying bulkier items, further enabling cross-town or cross-country adventures.
